Who Qualifies?

To qualify for an ECO4 Upgrade in the UK, you must meet the following criteria.

Property type: You must be a homeowner or a tenant of private or social housing.

Boiler: Was your existing boiler installed before 2005, if so it may be Noncondensing and qualify.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating: Your home must have an EPC rating of D or below.

Gas connection:Your property must be connected to the gas mains supply.

Earnings: Combined Household Income under 31,000

Long Term illness: Do you currently suffer with any of the below longterm illnesses such as COPD, Cardiovascular disease, Respiratory disease, Mobility issues.

Benefits: You must receive at least one of the following government benefits
